Every artwork is made to order and goes through multiple quality checks. This process takes approximately 24 hours before your art is carefully packed and shipped.
📦 Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and regular updates of shipment on Whatsapp so you can follow your order every step of the way.
⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 5–6 days after processing, depending on your location.

We work with reliable courier partners like Blue Dart, DHL, and others. Final transit time depends on their serviceability in your area.

We take great care in creating and delivering every RareMango artwork. Since all pieces are made-to-order, our policies are designed to be fair while ensuring quality at every step.
🔄 Returns & Replacements
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The artwork must be unused
- It must be in original condition and packaging
- You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
Unfortunately, we’re unable to process returns or refunds if we’re notified after 24 hours from the time of delivery.
📌 Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards

✅ COD orders are also eligible for return or exchange.
❌ Cancellations
All our artworks are made specifically for you. Production begins soon after an order is placed.
- Orders can be cancelled only before production starts, which is typically within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
📞 If you wish to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and our team will confirm whether cancellation is still feasible.
💡 Changed your mind and want a different artwork instead?
We’re happy to help with a replacement, provided we’re informed within 2 hours of placing the order.
💳 Refunds
Once your returned artwork is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you via email
- You’ll be informed about approval or rejection of the refund
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.

- Refunds apply only to original artworks in original condition
- Customized framed artworks are not eligible for refunds
- Customized framed artworks are eligible only for replacements in case of damage or defect
