No. The catalogue is a starting register, not a constraint. For trade briefs, we work brief-first: custom sizes, palette re-colouring, and property-themed work are all part of how the studio operates. The shelf shows the residential 80%, trade lives in the 20% it doesn't cover.
25% off list applies from day one, on every approved trade account, every reorder. Past around 30 pieces in a single brief, around 30%. Hospitality and multi-property, around 35%. Retainers and bulk gifting, 40% and beyond. No tiers to qualify for, no minimum to maintain. Send the brief, we'll send the number.
Our framing structure includes a back board, foam board for weatherproofing and added durability, adhesive sheet, artwork, and frame. It is built to keep the print stable, clean, and ready to hang.

Damage in transit is on us. Re-print and re-frame within 7 days at no charge. Wrong-fit (size, finish, palette) gets exchanged within 30 days for trade accounts, no questions.
