What is the estimated shipping time for my order?

Shipping Times can be anywhere between 3 - 6 Days after processing your order.

What is your packaging process for artworks?

We go to great lengths to guarantee the safe delivery of your order and its arrival in perfect condition.

For Rolled Art:

  • Unframed / Rolled art is carefully wrapped between two layers of protective art tissue paper.
  • The artwork is then encased in butter paper for additional protection.
  • Finally, the rolled art is placed inside our branded mailer tubes for secure shipping.

For Framed Art:

  • Framed art undergoes meticulous packaging.
  • Each piece is first wrapped in a protective film.
  • It is then enveloped in multiple layers of bubble wrap for added cushioning.
  • The framed art is placed in a sturdy, flat corrugated box.
  • We use protective filling inside the box to prevent any movement during transit, ensuring the artwork remains secure throughout the shipping process.
Which payment methods are accepted for purchases?

You can securely checkout on our website using Debit/Credit Card, Net-banking, UPI, and Wallets. Additionally, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders below 45000 INR.

How do I cancel my order?

Each artwork is made to order, meaning we start the process of printing, framing, and packaging only after an order is placed. Due to this, we do not accept cancellations once an order has entered production.

However, we do allow cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Once this 12 -hour window has elapsed, we are unable to accept cancellations.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, for every order you receive an invoice via e-mail and also you receive a hard copy of the invoice at the time of the delivery. This invoice is used for returns and exchange purposes. So, we would request you keep the invoice and packaging material safe.
