Yes, for every order you receive an invoice via e-mail and also you receive a hard copy of the invoice at the time of the delivery. This invoice is used for returns and exchange purposes. So, we would request you keep the invoice and packaging material safe.
Each artwork is made to order, meaning we start the process of printing, framing, and packaging only after an order is placed. Due to this, we do not accept cancellations once an order has entered production.
However, we do allow cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Once this 12-hour window has elapsed, we are unable to accept cancellations.

- The framed art is placed in a sturdy, flat corrugated box.
- We use protective filling inside the box to prevent any movement during transit, ensuring the artwork remains secure throughout the shipping process.
