Vedic households held one rule. When Lord Vishnu is shown, Maa Lakshmi is shown beside him, and when Maa Lakshmi is shown, Lord Vishnu is given the seat. The painter honours the rule. The two deities sit padmasana on a pink lotus, the mountain rising behind them, cherry blossoms falling from the corner. This is the Lakshmi-Narayan darshan in its homely-festive register.

Yes. Every product has standard size and frame options. For custom sizes or bulk requirements, you can use the Custom Art form or contact us directly.
Returns and refunds?
Since every piece is made to order, we replace pieces that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and keep the original packaging.

We started this because nobody was writing about Indian art the way we wanted to read it.
RareMango began in a one-room office in Bombay in 2022. Two of us, a printer that was always too hot, and a stubborn idea: that Indian wall art deserves a brand that talks about it the way friends talk about it, specific, warm, occasionally wrong, never bored.
Most of what you’ll find on this site is reproduction prints. Museum-grade, framed by our own team, attributed by region and school. Some of it is original work by named artists. All of it is curated, not collected. If a piece is on our site, it’s because we’d hang it on our own walls.
